This Position reports to:
Continuous Improvement Manager

Your role and responsibilities :

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance.

This role is contributing to the Finance Operational Service based in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Escalating to relevant stakeholders, as necessary, to remove roadblocks that prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives at local level and helping facilitate cases of conflicting priorities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Ensuring the continuous improvement approach and strategy deployed at local ABB unit level is aligned with the global strategy.

• Facilitating significant improvements with respect to safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and/or cost targets, meeting customer and stakeholder commitments in collaboration with local leadership.

• Providing training support by developing and maintaining training modules and toolkits aligned with business needs in collaboration with management at local level.

Qualifications for the role:

• You are immersed in with quality and process improvement and the service based industry.

• Ability to demonstrate your experience in continuous improvement. You have 6 years or above experience which should include the next two predominantly Operational Excellence / Quality /Six Sigma

• Possess an enhanced knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R)

• You are passionate about SAP working

• Proven experience of Bachelor's degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance or Commerce

• You are at ease communicating with Strong written and verbal communication skills
