Your role and responsibilities
As SAP PS/PP Architect, will have the opportunity to design and implement key business capabilities within SAP environment, focused on PS and PP modules, providing solution architecture and integrations between global and local systems following the enterprise architecture guideline. This person will focus on designing and optimizing business processes within the SAP system for SAP PS and PP modules. He/she will be responsible for functional and technical design and maintaining continuous integrity of architecture. The critical success factor for the role is close collaboration with Business Process Owners (BPO's) and maximizing business value of SAP on PS and PP modules, and integrated systems. This role will closely collaborate with BPOs, local business leaders and local SAP teams to ensure that global capabilities are understood and implemented. Your responsibilities include: • Business Consulting: Advise businesses on the best approach to solve business problems using SAP technology. Evaluate requirements for PS and PP modules before proceeding with actual implementation. • Co-create with BPO's modular SAP design supporting business needs leveraging PS and PP capabilities. • Partner with local divisions and local SAP teams in implementing improvements within SAP PS and PP modules. Support deployment leads, BPOs during evaluation, rollout and user acceptance tests. • Act as single point of contact for local SAP teams regarding technical aspects of modular SAP template for PS and PP processes. • Together with BPO's manage change within the organization to leverage PS and PP modules standards, monitors and reviews adoption. • Supporting ERP S4 HANA strategy within division in line with ABB and divisional strategy.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other related field or area.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and ability business process to solution design. Analytical skills, ability to apply problem solving method.
- Process mapping and requirements gathering skills.
- Expertise and highly skilled in PS (customer project scenarios) and PP modules (flows MTO, ETO, CTO..) and desirable SAP VC.
- Expertise in inter-modular integration and experience in interfacing with other ERP and non-ERP systems (e.g. IDOCs, RFCs, middleware) from design to implementation.
- Experiences considered as a plus: S/4 HANA implementation.
- Experience in SAP transformation projects is required, including migration and cutover activities.
