JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to employ effective communication compatible with various audiences and different levels of management.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and possess a firm and consistent approach in operations efficiencies research methods to acquire reliable and accurate data.
• Ability to direct current processes in a skillful and questionable manner to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats concerning ongoing operations
• Possess a basic understanding of accounting in relation to the treatment of Assets, Inventory, Revenues, and Expenses.
• Demonstrate the aptitude in applying operations knowledge in a financial perspective.
• Display team-building skills by creating a productive working environment and an appreciation for other team members' diversity in skills and knowledge.
• Ability to perform presentations to display research and findings in relation to the business.
• Responsible for the development and execution of long and short-term goals, strategies, and policies.
• Assess and communicate present and future needs, trends, problems, and profit opportunities.
• Review and appraise the performance of the business unit and its employees and take appropriate action to resolve.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3-5 years of Management experience is required
• 3 years of Diesel or Natural Gas Mechanical experience is required.
