Purpose & Accountabilities:
- To maximize profitability balanced with maintaining growth and meeting business and HSSE targets.
- To implement the customer value proposition that maximizes profits and ensures long-term growth and competitive position in the territory, alignment and management of the dealer network
- To manage Territory financials by closely following TOT and related securities.
- Implementation of sales policies, delivery of operational KPI
- Implementation of key business activities
- Achieve territory sales volume, profitability and HSSE targets, minimize overdue and bad debt levels (including LPG and lubes)
- Effective management of dealer relationships
- Ensure site operational excellence and service quality are maximized
- Ensure all NFR activities in territory are customer focused
- Working according to ISO9001 Quality Management and ISO27001 Information Security Management principles
Dimensions:
• Responsible for 26 FSS
• 165 k m3/year
• Territory: İzmir Merkez
•
Requirements:
An experienced retail / sales professional (at least 2 years) in the respective LoB/SF with knowledge about all interfaces within retail and with other LoBs
• Fluency in English, valid driving licence and computer (MS) literacy,
• Skill level of customer understanding, HSSE and negotiation,
• Working knowledge level of financial table analysis (P&L, profitability analysis),
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
