Technip Energies UK Operating Centre (T.EN UKOC) is a unique engineering contractor, combining the global strength of Technip Energies with strong local presence in the UK market. We are based in numerous locations across the UK, including London and Milton Keynes, with expertise to deliver sizeable projects in the UK and abroad. Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic Investor Relations Officer to provide high-level, comprehensive support to our Investor Relations (IR) team on a 12 month FTC. This role offers exposure to the Companys senior management and the investment community. Responsibilities include conference and meeting planning, preparation of external communications materials, and coordination of the quarterly earnings process.

The Investor Relations team serves as the primary contact with the investment community. Our goal is to effectively communicate the companys business strategy, provide thorough and transparent disclosure of financial results, and maximize investor perception of the organization.

Main Accountabilities

- Inbound Inquiries & Meeting Requests: Manage inbound inquiries and meeting requests from the investment community, including telephone and in-person meetings with investor relations representatives and/or company management. Locations may include company offices, roadshows, broker sell-side conferences, technical workshops, field trips, investor days, and industry conferences.
- Investor Targeting: Assist with investor targeting to optimize management time with the investment community. Manage the investor database and recommend investment firms and individuals best suited for future interaction with the company.
- Presentation Creation: Assist in the creation of company presentations for internal and external use.
- Website Management: Actively manage the Investor Relations section of the companys external website.
- Quarterly Financial Results: Assist in the production of quarterly financial results, including press releases, presentation materials, and conference calls.
- Data Collection: Provide support in collecting internal and external data.

Experience

- Managing inbound inquiries and meeting requests from the investment community.
- Assisting with investor targeting and managing the investor database.
- Creating company presentations for internal and external use.
- Managing the Investor Relations section of the companys external website.
- Assisting in the production of quarterly financial results.
- Providing support in collecting internal and external data.
- Good analytical skills with solid knowledge of PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Bilingual (French/English strongly preferred, but not required).

- Ability to prioritize responsibilities, handle multiple tasks, and deliver to short deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with extensive interactions with professionals both internally and externally.

- Able to work independently as well as part of a small team.
