Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site & Inspection Supervisor to oversee and manage operations at a remote site in Saudi Arabia.

The role involves ensuring the efficient implementation and maintenance of security systems, both physical and technological.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security systems, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to the demands of a remote site environment.

Note: contract duration 6 months to 1 year (Potential to extend beyond 2+ years)

Work Conditions:

• Rotation: 3 weeks on-site with 1 week off.
• 7 days a week, flexible hours including on demand weekends & night shifts as required.
• Working Hours: 8 AM - 10 PM with flexibility in starting times based on operational requirements.
• Accommodation, Car/Transport, and Medical: Provided by the client.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  • 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, with a focus on security systems (physical, technological, and surveillance).
  • Previous experience in a remote site environment is highly desirable.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  
  • Strong knowledge of security systems and their implementation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing site conditions.
• Nationality:
  
  • Saudi nationals are preferred, but candidates of all nationalities are welcome to apply. Due to Visa limitations, we can't accept Lebanese nationals at this stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision:
  
  • Oversee daily operations at the remote site, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and according to company standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
  • Coordinate with on-site teams and contractors to ensure seamless operation and project progress.
• Security System Management:
  
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain physical security systems, including surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to technological security systems.
  • Ensure all security systems are functioning optimally and provide regular reports on their status.
• Client Coordination:
  
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing any concerns or requirements promptly.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure all demands, including weekend and night shifts, are met as required.
• Team Leadership:
  
  • Lead and mentor a team of security personnel, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to handle site operations.
  • Foster a culture of safety, security, and teamwork among all on-site personnel.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  
  • Prepare detailed reports on site activities, inspection findings, and security system performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inspections, incidents, and maintenance activities.
