Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the responsibility for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and position the company as a market leader. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of industry trends, a strong track record of success, and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team. The Business Leader will be instrumental in taking the company to the next level by identifying new opportunities, optimizing current operations, and ensuring sustainable growth. The work model for the role is: Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals, Identify growth opportunities in new markets, products, or services, and create actionable plans to capitalize on them and collaborate with senior management to set long-term goals and drive strategic initiatives. • Business Development: Lead efforts to expand the company's market presence, Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors. • Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing management team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the organization. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to key leaders within the company. • Operational Excellence: Oversee the optimization of business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Implement best practices in operations, ensuring that the company can scale effectively as it grows. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization. • Financial Management: Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to achieve financial targets. Ensure the business maintains a healthy financial position and effectively manages risks. • Change Management: Communicate vision and strategy effectively to all levels of the organization, ensuring buy-in and alignment. Able to challenge status quo. Manage resistance to change and guide the company through periods of trans-formation with minimal disruption.

Qualifications for the role
- You are highly skilled in scaling businesses and leading transformational change, with Deep understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
- Ability to demonstrate minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence
- You are qualified in strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- You are passionate about managing budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
- You are Visionary, forward-thinking, results-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
