ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Honeywell Aerospace Development Program is an undergraduate rotation program that develops future Honeywell leaders in our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and Engineering. The program is designed to provide the candidate with job rotations through various functional jobs and locations to gain a broad understanding of Aerospace's end-to-end integrated supply chain and engineering roles before securing the desired career path position within the organization. These rotations will be in the Engineering/ISC career paths and will expose the candidate to the importance of customer responsiveness, meeting program milestones, making processes more efficient, driving production plans, and improving product quality.
Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain methods and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Using your technical expertise, you will estimate manufacturing cost, establishes time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process
Requirements of new or existing product lines. You will add value and expertise by identifying cost reduction and provide improvement opportunities.
Location: This position is available in multiple locations across the United States.
Pay Range:
The annual base salary range for this position is <$78,000/yr - $102,500/yr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Engineering or similar field
- Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between December 2024 and May 2025 and be available to begin full-time work between January 2025 - July 2025
- Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

- Mechanical Engineering experience
- Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
- Proficient project management skills
- Good knowledge of mechanical industry
- Cause identification/FMEA experience
- Working knowledge of SAP/HOS
