Job Purpose
Job Responsibilities
Distribute tasks for construction and repair work between teams, depending on their configuration and the qualifications of the workers.
- Coordinate the implementation of work assignments with construction teams and department management
- Promptly resolve issues that arise during construction work regarding the supply of construction sites with building materials, equipment, machinery and labor
- Liaise and coordinate with various departments of the Company to assist construction teams in supplying various resources, as well as to plan construction works with other types of work at the Company's offshore facilities.
- Accept work requests from various departments and make decisions on their implementation, planning and distribution among construction teams.
- Coordination with Project Planning Engineer to prepare work plans for engineering projects.
- Selection and preparation of materials and equipment to perform the required work.
- Formation of work teams from among subordinates.
- On-site quality control of work performed by construction teams according to the drawings.
- Preparation of daily reports on all activities of the division.
- Determine the need for employee training and inform management.
- Conduct initial, periodic and unscheduled induction on labor protection to department personnel within the time limits established by law.
- Conduct an annual knowledge assessment on labor safety of subordinate personnel.
- Familiarization of personnel with Company instructions and procedures, management instructions and other information affecting work performance or worker safety.

Education
Qualification Requirements:
- Diploma of Higher Education in the field of construction work.
- Must have at least 5 years of work experience in construction.
- Knowledge of Company's construction rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of English language.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
