Your role and responsibilities
Imagine stepping into the role of Product Manager UNIREC for our BL Excitation and you will be making the energy transition happen and play a major role that the shift towards renewable power generation will happen smoothly. As Product Manager UNIREC you are responsible for our Rectifier for Hydrogen Production which is an important part of our clean and secure energy future. Your days will be filled with understanding market trends, diving deep into customer needs, and analyzing the competitive landscape. This insight will guide you in defining clear and ambitious digital product goals. You'll identify gaps in our portfolio and seize new market opportunities, always keeping us one step ahead of the competition. • Market intelligence analysis such as identifying potential gaps in portfolio, both against competition and new market opportunity. • Defining clear value proposition our products and working closely with marketing and working closely with marketing. • Works with R&D to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new products

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of work experience preferably in product management, technical sales or similar, experience in high power rectifier with water-cooling, excitation and/or power electronics industry is specifically preferred.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience and skills in leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Enthusiasm and interest to understand evolving markets, emerging technologies, and customer needs in a broader context.
- Proficient in business English
