The functional obligation, rights and responsibilities of Construction engineer.
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out technical supervision of construction and installation works.
- Monitor the progress of the implementation of construction plans, the compliance with the volumes, terms and quality of construction and installation works, products, structures, working drawings, building codes and standards, standards, specifications, labour protection standards.
- Participate in resolving issues of introducing changes to projects, space-planning and structural solutions that provide cost reduction and improve the technical and economic indicators of construction and reconstruction facilities.
- To take part in the consideration and approval of changes in the design decisions arising during the construction process, quickly resolves issues related to the replacement, if necessary, of materials, products, structures (without reducing the quality of construction objects).
- Participate in the work of commissions for the acceptance of construction projects and their commissioning. To control the quality of elimination of deficiencies, defects in a timely manner.
- Recording of completed construction and installation works and prepares the necessary data for reporting on the implementation of construction plans.
