Role Overview:

If you are a results driven, commercially minded, marketing professional we would love you to join our global marketing team to lead the DACH region and deliver our Inbound marketing objectives. The DACH Demand Generation Marketing Manager is a crucial link between marketing activities, the Business Development Team, and Sales.

Key parts of this role include:

• being accountable to deliver our inbound pipe target
• You will do this through campaign concept, creation and execution, field events, involvement in paid digital platforms, and localised webinars.
• Strong collaboration, working across multiple time zones and cultures.
• You will be a team player and enjoy networking with an organisation. This marketing role is a great bridge between many different departments.
• A need to be inquisitive and eager to always be learning.
• A creative thinker. A good balance between analytical and creative ability is key to success in this role. A difficult balance to find.

Other areas of responsibility include:

• Drive continuous improvements in messaging, creative, and channels to increase conversion. Specific focus on localised content and translation.

• Analyse, monitor, and report on campaign performance.
• Identify trends and manage budget allocation

• Conceive and execute innovative experiments and marketing campaigns; deliver and apply data-driven, analytically rigorous insights and recommendations to enhance performance

• Work closely with the global paid and SEO teams to ensure that we hit targets set out for digital platforms.

What you will bring to the role

• 5+ years in growth marketing, with a proven track record of success data driven, commercial marketing.
• Fluency in German

• Degree in Marketing or Business

• Experience in building plans, setting targets and reporting back on data.

• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for metrics.

• Experience managing growth campaigns

• Experience working in a fast paced, startup environment.
