What will you do?

The Panel-Builder Support Specialist (PBSS) will work directly with the assigned Panel-Builders to manage their quotation and order management requirements.

• Configure, price and technically support the product lines within their perimeter and work with the internal teams to support other product lines that the Panel-Builder requires.
• Develop the account to work with the suite of digital tools available to them to drive an efficient self-serve model giving them greater access to pricing tools and order status updates.
• Support remote customers to develop their competencies in digital self-serve tools.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferred) / Mechanical or relevant experience.
• Project management experience of 1-3 years in the electrical industry.
• Quotation experience (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Detailed oriented and strong proof reading and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Action oriented, proactive in prioritizing own workload.
• Computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), experience with ERP systems
