Essential skills and knowledge
- Sets situations/issues in the context of the entire team and has an appreciation of the wider relationships with other people and organizations.
- Works on large capital expenditure projects in a highly dynamic team environment that has tight-deadlines, high pressure and visibility, requiring accuracy, initiative and the ability to multi-task as essential skills.
- Manage all PMCS Interface Management workflows (Interface Queries-IQs, Interface Agreements-IAs, Technical Worpacks-TWPs, and Construction Workpacks-CWPs).
- Manage and process all Interface Agreements (IA’s) for OPCO tie-ins.
- Maintains Project Interface Registers (Interface Queries, Interface Agreements, Technical Workpacks, Construction Workpacks) and assist in timely close out of internal/external interfaces.
- Tracking, follow up of OPCO/Third Parties comments/resolution and maintaining status on Interface Common Resolution Sheets registers, monitor the overdues, enhance Interface share point for easy access and retrieve the interface files.
- Day to day support to Contractors, PMT and Operations Interface team for Interface Management Software related queries/resolution, assignment of responsibilities and assists Contractors with interface coordination meetings.
- Supports management of several interfaces, interfering between each other and subject to different regulations and specifications.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Diploma in Information Technology discipline, Business, Computer or Engineering Science discipline and/or equivalent experience.
- Must have 8 years minimum work experience in Oil and Gas industry with Projects.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Interface Coordinator/Document Controller/Technical Assistant with a Project team for Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience of using Information Management softwares (EDMS) and Data Entry with a Project team is an advantage
- Formal training / Professional certification in Document Control.
- Formal training in Interface Management software or equivalent.
- Proficient Information Technology (IT) skills.
- Work experience with Omega PIMS software or equivalent is an advantage.
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and other industry utilized databases.
- Previous work experience with LNG (North or South) is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to review and comment on technical documents
- Great interpersonal skills
