Missions offered :

Technip Energies (TEN) uses the Smart Materials tool (software from Hexagon - based on Oracle) to track material on all its business projects. This tool covers the processes in Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement Tracking/Transport and Construction in the various TEN operational centers. It is supported by a team in Paris SPMAT support.

The Hexagon editor is in the process of migrating from a Forms user interface to a new, more modern Apex interface. This migration also entails a change in the data model.

Attached to the SPMAT SUPPORT department, the intern will be in charge of the functional preparation of the migration of a Purchasing and Shipping module of the SMAT material management tool:

Based on the existing functional analysis of the work process for Purchasing and Shipping, the intern:

• Perform testing activities for each type of data migration, plus the overall work process.
• Write test results with logs and categorization of issues, plus follow-up on resolutions.
• Analyze the new capabilities of the module and write a proposal for new uses.
• Write the user manual for the new interface.

What we expect from you:

• You are looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship, as part of your Master's degree in supply chain management or Master's degree in international trade.
• You are curious, rigorous and organized in your work.
• You have good writing skills.
• You are proactive and enjoy teamwork.
• You like to work in a team in a multicultural environment and have a sense of service.
• You speak English fluently.

During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions. This internship will be an opportunity for you to increase your skills and knowledge.
