Function description

For this job, you will be performing the following tasks:

• Operating an oxygen cutting machine with precision and accuracy.
• Performing cuts in oxygen according to technical specifications.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings to guide cutting and shaping processes.
• Conducting calculations to determine pipe sizes, including accurate circumference measurements.
• Using an overhead crane to safely handle and position materials.
• Ensuring all operations meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements

For this vacancy, you need to:

• Operate the Robotic cutting machine
• Cut steel structure with oxygen cutting
• Operate the overhead crane.
• Perform calculations to determine pipes sizes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Have a good Dutch level and work permit in the Netherlands.

Ben jij een ervaren operator snijrobot (voor het snijden van grote staalconstructies)? Onze klant is actief in de bagger- en offshore-industrie en produceert staal zoals buizen. De onderdelen die zij produceren, wegen tussen de 3 en 7 ton.

Functie omschrijving

Als Operator Snijrobot ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

• Het bedienen van een zuurstofsnijmachine
• Het uitvoeren van snijwerkzaamheden volgens technische specificaties
• Het lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen
• Het uitvoeren van berekeningen voor buisdiameters en omtrekken
• Het bedienen van een bovenloopkraan voor het veilig verplaatsen van materialen
• Het naleven van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen tijdens alle werkzaamheden

Functie vereisten

Wij zoeken iemand die:

• Ervaring heeft met het bedienen van een geautomatiseerde snijrobot
• Bekwaam is in zuurstof snijden van staalconstructies
• Een bovenloopkraan kan bedienen
• Technische tekeningen kan lezen en begrijpen
• Nauwkeurig werkt en zelfstandig berekeningen kan uitvoeren

• Werkrooster: 8 weken op, 1 week vrij
• Werkuren: 40-44 uur per week
• Vlucht en hotelaccommodatie (individuele kamer) worden verzorgd
• Vervoer tussen hotel en werkplaats is geregeld

• Dienstverband via Nederlandse payroll
