You are a detailed data oriented and proactive Regulatory & Compliance Engineer with expertise in EMC and safety standards for industrial control products. You should possesses strong experience in identifying and tracking regulatory requirements, and collaborating with design teams to mitigate potential compliance issues early in the development process. Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, configuring equipment for EMC, safety, and marine testing, and troubleshooting EMC issues is essential. You should have a solid background in coordinating with certification bodies and managing compliance labs, including equipment calibration and quality assurance programs. Excellent communication skills are required for delivering technical presentations and interfacing effectively with technical architects and global agencies. Organizational skills and experience in supporting audits and addressing non-conformities are highly valued.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Identify and track regulatory and compliance requirements for industrial control products.
- Participate in compliance reviews with design teams from the early stages, providing inputs for early mitigation of potential EMC or safety issues.
- Create test plans and equipment configurations for EMC, safety, and marine testing.
- Execute in-house EMC and safety testing for pre-compliance and certification.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EMC issues.
- Prepare test reports and coordinate submissions with certification bodies (TI, UL, FM, CSA, BASEEFA for ATEX & IECx).
- Coordinate with marine agencies for new or renewal certifications.
- Manage compliance test lab, equipment, and calibration schedules.
- Support factory and engineering audits, addressing non-conformities.
- Oversee the laboratory quality assurance program and annual lab audits for EMC data acceptance by Technology International.
- Deliver technical presentations to peers and managers on regulatory and compliance standards.
- Communicate technical issues effectively with architects.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience: 5-10 years of proven expertise in regulatory and compliance requirements, specifically in industrial control products.
- Standards Knowledge: Strong understanding of IEC, ATEX, and CISPR standards.
- Hardware Testing: Skilled in measurement and validation methods for hardware design, with experience in using related instruments.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in electrical and electronics design, with a solid foundation in circuit analysis theory.
- ECAD Tools: Familiarity with ECAD tools such as Mentor Graphics or Cadence is a plus.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Capable of coordinating tasks across teams including Firmware, Mechanical, Component Engineering, and PCB layout.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Prior experience on developing IO modules for PLC will be added advantage
