Our Power group is looking for an Intern to work in either our Doral or Orlando office, ideally full-time during Summer of 2025 with possibility of working part time before that.

In the role of Power Engineering Intern, we'll count on you to:

  • Produce drawings, layouts, sketches, maps and graphic representations of engineering designs by hand or using computer-aided design software, with occasional assistance from supervisor or others
  • Perform assignments under the direct supervision of your Office Principal, Section Manager or other professionals
  • Offer real-world experience on exciting projects
  • Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals' programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in an associate or technical CAD program
  • Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, or Civil3D
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Ability to work 20-40 hours per week
  • Preference will be given to local candidates

This position does not qualify for relocation or living stipend

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
  • Attention to detail
  • Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
