De wereld van het leggen van kabels wordt steeds sterker en sneller. Daarom is onze klant op zoek naar iemand met ervaring in project management en een passie voor offshore wind.

Als Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de contractuele 'Scope of Works' van één of meerdere projecten. Je leidt projectteams, ondersteund door de Works Manager en de Project Engineer, en zorgt voor een correcte en volledige realisatie van de projecten.

Functie omschrijving

Je werkt samen met Sales & Contractmanagement voor de beste uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Je stuurt het team van Works Managers en Project Engineers aan en je geeft leiding aan de projecten, zowel richting klanten als het interne team. Je werkt zelfstandig en resultaatgericht en je rapporteerd aan de Operations Manager.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Zorgen voor voldoende operationele capaciteit en middelen in samenwerking met ondersteunende afdelingen (QHSE, Crewing, Yards & Equipment).
• Waarborgen van kwaliteit, veiligheid, kostenbeheersing en projectplanning.
• Effectieve en efficiënte inzet van het projectteam.
• Onderhouden van klantcontact en zorgen voor klanttevredenheid.
• Behandelen van variatieorders en eindfacturatie naar de klant.
• Verantwoordelijk voor het financiële projectresultaat.
• Identificeren van verbeteringen binnen de projectorganisatie.
• Zorgen dat werkzaamheden voldoen aan SCL, ISO9001, ISO14001, en ISO45001.

Functie vereisten

Wat verwachten we van jou?

• HBO-niveau met een relevante technische achtergrond.
• Proactieve houding en "getting the job done" mentaliteit.
• Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en vermogen om een team te motiveren en instrueren.
• Creatief en oplossingsgericht met doorzettingsvermogen.
• Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Assertief en overtuigend in communicatie met klanten en stakeholders.
• Zorgvuldigheid in administratie en rapportage.
• Ervaring met projectmatig werken in de offshore windindustrie, aannemerij of maritieme sector is een pré.
