This position reports to
Field Service Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations. The work model for the role is on the road. This role is contributing to the Electrification Service in Cergy or Beynost. Main stakeholders are industrial groups. You will be mainly accountable for: Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points. Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform. Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers. You will have to plan for travel (up to 80% of your time) in France. #LI-Hybrid

Qualifications for the role
- You are highly skilled in protection relay and you enjoy working with electrical components.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in HTA, you have 5 years of experience in electrical subjects.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of automation's programming
- You are autonomous, passionate about your products and like to train others.
- Degree in Control and command systems and protection relays for electrical installations.
- You are at ease communicating in French and English
- You hold current HTA certifications.
