Position: C4I Analyst (Nuclear Enterprise Defense)
LCAT: Senior
Location: Reston, VA; DCP 5
Clearance: TS/SCI and CI poly required
Desired experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category; or have bachelor's degree related to the labor category and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the master's degree.
Qualifications:
Function as an analyst providing Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) products.
Demonstrate the ability to conduct research and analysis relating to the C4ISR of the assigned locations, focusing on Nuclear Enterprise Defense.
Serve as an analyst whose primary responsibility will be informing through structured research using multiple sources and analytic tool suites.
Deliver products that increase the client's situational understanding and comprehension of assigned proliferation networks.

- A strong grasp of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or missile programs.
- Defense certifications, preferably with military service analyst certifications.
- Demonstrated ability to produce and comply with IC tradecraft standards.
- Experience with MS Office, Excel, and big-data analytic techniques for structured and unstructured data.
