We have an opportunity to join our Honeywell Connected Logistics team in Mannheim where you will be able to pursue your internship, thesis or be a working student while working with AI and analytics to Track and Trace data, helping to implement the next generation of the track and trace system.
This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. Kindly add your university transcripts to your application.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Participate in development ceremonies and work closely with product teams to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.
• Software Development: Develop and enhance software that is directly used by enterprise customers, driving significant impact on their business operations.
• Technology Implementation: Assist in the integration of cutting-edge AI and analytics solutions into the Track and Trace systems.
• Customer Solutions: Work on real-world challenges, providing innovative solutions that meet enterprise-level demands.
• Leadership Exposure: Present project outcomes to leadership, gaining valuable feedback and mentorship.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced Bachelor's or Pursuing Master's degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields, with a passion for software development.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and TypeScript, with an understanding of frameworks. Experience or exposure to AWS, Copilot, and EMR is a plus.
- Strong ability to approach technical challenges with a quality-focused, analytical mindset.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and collaborate on product development.
- Languages: Fluent in English, German knowledge preferred but not required.
