Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience with BillyGO. Your daily tasks will include:
• The Job: Serve and provide solutions. Respond to residential HVAC service and sales calls for residential customers
• Problem Solve: Diagnose HVAC failures and offer customer options to repair, refresh, or replace with your recommendation for each
• Identify Opportunities: Identify opportunities for sales, including equipment upgrades, cross-selling, memberships, and additional services and solutions
• Communicate Effectively: Educate the customer on the work that was completed, answer questions, and provide options and recommendations
• Own the Relationship: Build the relationship and trust with your customers, follow up, and convert on opportunities
• Serve Gladly: Take care of the customer by keeping them informed of the work you are doing, when it will be done, and how it will be accomplished
• Work Dependably: Keep your company vehicle clean, well-maintained, and stocked with the required equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency
• Develop Your Skills: Attend team meetings and training to continually improve skills and technical abilities
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as installation and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to promote customer loyalty and repeat business
Qualifications
• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Current HVAC license and certification
• Valid TEXAS driver's license and clean driving record
• Driven to success, a team player, and a strong work ethic with customer service capabilities
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform all HVAC repairs and replacements to code
• Must have working knowledge and ability to be in compliance with all state and federal HVAC codes
• Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis for extended periods
• Must be able to work in cramped or high places such as attics, ladders, and tunnels
• Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and/or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces
• BillyGO provides emergency HVAC service and may operate on weekends and evenings on a rotation
• Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Current driver's license and the ability to travel as needed
