Our suite of energy products for grid-connected and off-grid applications performs a variety of high value functions for utilities, businesses, and residential customers. The energy products team is rapidly growing and is adding highly qualified members to the product, engineering, finance, and sales teams.
You will be a member of the Industrial Product Management team focusing on our B2B energy solutions: Powerpack & Megapack. As a member of the team, you will manage our product messaging and content strategy regionally in EMEA, across core segments: Utility, Commercial & Industrial, and Microgrids. You will partner with the global Product Growth & Content team on the development and implementation of regional marketing initiatives across project and customer lifecycle, and guide and support our growing localized marketing efforts and strategies.

Responsibilities
- Work with regional Sales, Engineering, Policy, and Business Development teams to develop and execute product marketing content to support our brand and global business in each target market
- Leverage customer, product and market insights to develop relevant, localized content based on insights of the regional target audiences as well as an in-depth understanding of product to continue growing our brand and energy business
- Collaborate with the regional sales managers customizing marketing campaigns to drive sales regionally
- Develop key messaging, value propositions, and differentiation to promote strategic decision-making and launches locally
- Manage product marketing content holistically including sales presentations, brochures, video, events, and digital channels
- Work with our Global Growth and Content team to ensure compliance with our global marketing and brand strategy
- Manage marketing budgets as well as third party agencies to ensure campaign quality standards and targets
- Measure and report out the impact of regional marketing efforts and their impact on global company goals, including quantifiable contribution to ROI and efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing, including 3+ years in product or partnership marketing/branding
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Working knowledge of renewables, particularly battery storage
- Ability to create clear, concise and engaging content
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and influencing diverse audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication across various contexts
- Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven strategy, consumer insights, and product optimization
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL; knowledge of event marketing trends
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with problem-solving abilities
