We are seeking a Senior Sales Planning and Performance Analyst to join our Global Sales Planning and Performance Team. This role is critical in driving our sales forecasting, data analysis, and process optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in data management, and a strategic mentality to support our global sales operations. This role requires proficiency in Excel and familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau or similar, and knowledge of SQL is advantageous.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Forecasting and Analysis:
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams in developing accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Data Management: Create and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Presentation Development: Prepare and present detailed analyses and forecasts to senior management using PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
- Project Management and Process Improvement:
- Cross-Team Alignment: Work closely with sales and business unit teams to align on forecasting methodologies and targets.
- Data and Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, utilizing statistical models to identify trends and opportunities.
- Process Standardization: Develop and implement standardized processes for forecasting and reporting, including documentation and mapping.
- Data Structuring and Maintenance:
- Data Coordination: Ensure consistent and accurate data alignment across various platforms and with key stakeholders.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis and Reporting:
- Customized Analysis: Handle special requests for data analysis and reporting from different departments, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Territory and Coverage Analysis:
- Data Extraction and Consolidation: Extract and consolidate data related to sales territories, ensuring comprehensive coverage analysis.
- Reporting: Develop and distribute detailed reports to inform strategic decisions regarding territory management.
- Cost to Serve Analysis:
- Operational Analysis: Coordinate with teams to analyze the cost to serve across various channels, identifying areas for cost optimization.
- Data Handling: Create or update data files, analyze outputs, and deliver actionable insights.
Who You Are:

For this Role, You Will Need:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization).
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and concisely to senior management.

- Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Process Improvement: Experience in process mapping, standardization, and documentation.
