The annual base salaryrange for this position in California and New York (excluding most majormetropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $110,000 - $130,000. For Washington and most majormetropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary rangeis $115,000 - $135,000. Please note that this salary information serves as ageneral guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer,including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position,the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well asmarket and business considerations.
This position isincentive plan eligible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and oversee the strategic account management function, driving the development and execution of strategic account plans
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective account management and contract negotiations
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence and drive long-term business growth
You will travel up to 50% for this role

YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth in the energy sector
