- Cultivate, develop and maintain project schedules, meticulously capturing project activities, milestones, changes and critical paths.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and create comprehensive project plans.
- Monitor project progress vigilantly, identifying and mitigating potential risks or delays.
- Lead engaging project status meetings, delivering updates to key stakeholders and resolving scheduling conflicts with finesse.
- Uphold strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables while proactively resolving project-related challenges.
- Foster seamless communication among multidisciplinary teams to achieve the project goals.
- Harness the power of cutting-edge project management software and tools to track and report project progress
Essential skills and knowledge
Requirement:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the offshore oil and gas industry, with a strong background in project planning large scale projects.
- Excellent knowledge in Primavera P6 and scheduling tools.
- Ability to deep-dive into the core project planning: understanding linkages between activities, highlight schedule conflicts and to resolve easily.
- Display impeccable attention to detail and superb organisational abilities, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Being able to speak Chinese would be an advantage.
