Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement the marketing strategy in the assigned area (business area, division, and markets). Each day, you will lead, develop, and coach the Marketing team. You will also showcase your expertise by designing and managing the marketing action plan to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The work model for the role is: #LI_Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power in Philippines You will be mainly accountable for: - Responsible for creating, planning, and implementing the marketing (and communications) strategies for the assigned area in accordance with the business area/division marketing and sales strategy and budget. This includes multi-channel marketing strategies, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through targeted campaigns (e.g customer loyalty program, trade shows, retail activation, product launches, social media, paid/owned/earned media, customer events). - Develops action plans to deliver the agreed marketing (and communications) strategy within the budget. This includes collaborating with multiple stakeholders (agencies, customers, internal teams, media/press, channel partners, etc) to execute the plans. - Defines the marketing targets for the assigned area and ensures their achievement. - Anticipates changes in the market direction proactively and facilitates timely and appropriate remedial action. - Identifies existing and new strategic segments and business opportunities through market analysis, defines strategy/business plans for each opportunity, and coordinates with the relevant teams for the assigned area. - Responsible for industry segment and channel marketing, and the development of strategic and tactical marketing plans to support the organization within the assigned area. - Develops and maintains efficient marketing tools and collaterals. - Implements coordinated marketing analyses and activities to ensure the global markets are well-monitored. - Defines quality metrics for marketing initiatives within the assigned area and reviews and evaluates results upon completion of the activities. - Localizes campaign for product launches and/or specific global campaigns and including ensuring quality, brand and narrative check.

Qualifications for the role
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing or communications.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- Strong leadership and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in creating different content formats including social media.
- Excellent demonstration of computer literacy skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite programs and other digital communications tools
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders and teams
- Experience in Marketing Automation (Pardot/SFDC) will be an advantage
