This position reports to
Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Member of Drives Product/Product Application and Solution department, reporting di-rectly to the Technical Product Management Manager, working location is in Guangzhou, Donggguan or Shenzhen Contact window of customer case in region, to provide technical support to front end sales in terms of pre-sales and post-sales activities Supporting customers in the pre-sales and after sales processes with engineered packages and solutions utilizing ABB's drives and automation products Product technical training to channel partners and end user to promote DP products and help to improve overall technical competence, Consult and design software applications for Servo, Drives, PLC and HMI level Study on specific industry application know how and share/exchange knowledge of ap-plication and best practices within local and global teams Gather customer pilot feedback and competitor intelligence to Product Management and Product Marketing Customer issue escalation to Beijing Technical Product Management team and follow up technical support actions

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor and above degree in Power Electronics, Electrical/Electronic or Automation Engineering is preferred
- >5 years of experience in engineering or technical support related to Servo, PLC or drive products
- Need frequently travel and provide detail travel reports.
- Strong customer focus awareness, problem solving and consultation skills
- Good English and Chinese communication skills
