- Define optimal work processes for each product manufactured in the assembly area.
- Prepare, when necessary, cost analyses of products manufactured or to be manufactured in the Company
- Define the theoretical capacity of the processes and demonstrate their real capacity.
- Conduct capacity studies of new equipment whenever necessary
- Propose cost reduction initiatives in the operation.
- Implement layouts, systems, equipment and forms of operation to improve productivity with the highest quality and at the lowest cost.
- Monitor the creation of physical conditions conducive to improving productivity and efficiency indicators
- Define and monitor the implementation of best practices through Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- KPI's Compliance
- Ensure that the information contained in the procedures, documents and what is done in the plant is compatible with the technical documentation
- Detect and resolve findings in the machining operation
- Work with the operation, resources and facilities for the manufacture of products based on the production program of the machining area
- Implement process improvements for the assembly area
- Root cause analysis and action plans
- Exercise and promote the 5's + 1 and participate in improvement projects.
- Present reports on the causes of problems related to productive and non-productive processes.

For this role, You Will Need
- Intermediate English
- Completed degree or engineering.
- Office intermediate, AutoCAD, Oracle.
- Measuring instruments: Vernier, Micrometer, Tester, HIPOT, Pneumatic Gun, Continuity Meter, Stopwatch.
- Mandatory: Machining, Electromechanical, Assembly.
- Mandatory: 4 years as an Industrial Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer.
