nCino is in search of an ambitious and visionary demand generation marketer to fill the role of Demand Generation. The ideal candidate is a motivated marketing professional with a track record of hands-on involvement in crafting digital ads and paid media campaigns and devising effective demand generation strategies. This position will entail extensive cross-functional collaboration with diverse marketing departments, serving as a vital business partner to our sales and customer success units.
As the Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for the conception and execution of both enduring and lead-generating advertising marketing programs across multiple products, segments and countries. Your role will entail close cooperation with marketing and sales, ensuring the seamless integration of these programs.

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The base salary range for this job is:
$65,800.00 - $108,600.00

As the Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for the conception and execution of both enduring and lead-generating advertising marketing programs across multiple products, segments and countries. Your role will entail close cooperation with marketing and sales, ensuring the seamless integration of these programs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the development and execution of cross-channel digital advertising strategies on LinkedIn, 6sense, and other paid/social media platforms within a cross-functional team environment, conducting experiments and utilizing data-driven insights for continuous optimization.
- Serve as the primary liaison for paid media channels by coordinating creatives, organizing communication with the marketing team and third-party vendors, executing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, report results, and work to improve continuously.
- Manage and optimize meaningful and measurable defined KPIs, own quarterly demand generation goals (net new leads created, MQL/MQA, opportunities, etc.), and ensure exceptional ROI.
- Participate in the planning, developing, and executing demand generation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of skills and experiences
- 2+ years of experience creating and executing marketing campaigns; with some experience in software (SaaS) or technology company
- Good understanding of both inbound and outbound marketing tactics, as well as digital marketing channels
- Execution-driven self-starter comfortable owning projects with varying complexity
- Familiar with Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, 6Sense and other marketing technology platforms.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
