Full Stack Developer | GustoMSC | NOV

With a rich history and a focus on creating efficient and safe operations at sea, we are expanding our Digital Solutions team to develop cutting-edge digital applications built on NOV's Industrial IoT (IIoT) platform. These applications enhance the safety and performance of our products, blending big data technologies with real-world equipment. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in building the future of offshore technology through data-driven solutions.

Our headquarters in Schiedam offers a collaborative, forward-thinking work environment where our team of engineers and software professionals pushes the boundaries of offshore innovation. This role provides you with the opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation projects within a passionate, driven, and highly technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development, delivery, and maintenance of new digital edge and cloud products using NOV's Industrial IoT platform.
• Work closely with internal product development teams to clarify requirements and deliver robust software solutions.
• Collaborate with the software delivery teams to identify the best approaches to solving tasks and translate them into high-quality software, adhering to industry best practices.
• Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing, deployment, and support.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack product software development.
• Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development frameworks, including Angular, Typescript, NodeJS (Frontend), and GoLang, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful services (Backend).
• Familiarity with distributed cloud-based architectures (AWS is a plus) and GitHub with CICD pipeline automation.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum methodology.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across global teams.

You will join a small but growing software development team based in Schiedam, with close collaboration across NOV's global platform team, which includes team members from the U.S. and India.
