What are you going to do

  • Manage all on-site activities to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain program and standards.
  • Monitor progress and resolve site issues to avoid delays.
  • Enforce WHS compliance and lead safety inductions and toolbox talks.
  • Oversee site logistics, deliveries, and material handling.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure works meet design and spec.
  • Liaise with the PM, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
  • Support cost control by reporting variations and site impacts.
  • Maintain accurate site records and daily reporting.
  • Foster a positive, safety-first culture on site.


Essential skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • QBCC Site Supervisor license (Preferred)
  • 5 - 10+ years experience working as a Site Manager for a Main Contractor Builder or Developer (Required)
  • Exposure managing New Build Commercial Construction Projects from $20m+ (Required)
  • Trade qualified (Preferred)
  • Understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices
  • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced settings.
