Essential skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- QBCC Site Supervisor license (Preferred)
- 5 - 10+ years experience working as a Site Manager for a Main Contractor Builder or Developer (Required)
- Exposure managing New Build Commercial Construction Projects from $20m+ (Required)
- Trade qualified (Preferred)
- Understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced settings.
