Your role and responsibilities

Your role and responsibilities • Owns the supply planning and order handling process • Provides visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process • Leads a team responsible for master planning and order handling • Oversees preparations of documents needed for order handling (invoices, origin of goods) • Manages warehouse, import, and export matters • Processes orders to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products and acts as the first port of call to customers' queries and orders • Accountable for site inventory and driving inventory optimization projects within the site. • Ensures the resolution of customer issues, including order, technical, and payment-related issues, by coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal and/or external teams • Ensures the right inventory levels are maintained, optimizing them according to the company's targets, while ensuring high customer service level • Leads/contributes to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead time, inventory, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy

Qualifications for the role

• Higher technical education, at least 4-5 years of experience in production planning, experience in team management is welcome
• Goal-oriented, highly developed analytical skills, analyzing resource requirements and supporting various scenarios
• Leadership experience preferably in Production Planning or Order Handling (minimum 3 years)
• Advanced knowledge of SAP system with ability to develop it
• Experience in implementing Lean philosophy in the area of production planning, advanced knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of tools welcome: MS Access, VBA
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work under time pressure and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicativeness and ability to work in a team
