Your role and responsibilities
Developing comprehensive business plans for the assigned Low Voltage Inverters segment, aligning with both global and local strategies Executing short-term and long-term plans to drive growth and market penetration. Prioritizing and identifying strategic business opportunities aligned with company priorities Monitoring market dynamics, including opportunities, competitive landscape, and pricing trends Communicating insights to the global or regional teams to secure necessary support for Japanese market Driving sales of Low Voltage Inverters to achieve order volume and profitability targets. Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships Preparing accurate quotations, technical specifications, and other required documents during bidding and post-sales stages

Qualifications for the role
- Technical College or University degree and engineering background is advantageous
- Minimum 5-7 years of successful record in sales or business development
- Proven experience in B2B markets, particularly with new customer and market acquisition
- Familiarity with managing channel partners and / or electrical product or system knowledge is advantageous
- Language Skill: JLPT N1 level in Japanese and English proficiency in reading and writing and conversation
