Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction in the design, product support and repair development for HPC components
- Establish priorities and make commitments for fleet responsiveness and support, repair execution
- Establish strong communication with Supply Chain and Project regarding HPC execution
- Drive services cost productivity utilizing digital tools and analytics
- Support root cause investigation of hardware returned from the field and deliver findings with recommendations for the business and customers
- Participate in creating a technical development plan for multi-disciplinary engineers
- Coach and give feedback to LCE engineers to help them develop professionally
- Provide leadership in establishing strategies to use analytics and digital tools to simplify the tasks required to support this hardware
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science or Chemistry from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 5 years engineering experience.
- Ability to work on site in Ohio, USA. Or Warsaw Poland.

- Organized, demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, influence and leadership skills
- Significant experience with the design and manufacture of Cold Section components
