We focus on Agile practices within a digital product-led setup in the Product Area of Digital Opportunity Development and Sales. We continuously improve digital products that support the Sales Organization and Development. This product area has broad engagement across Vestas' digital landscape and a vision for digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities include the functional development and maintenance of our Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with Business Partners and Product Owners, acting as the key interface between them to ensure seamless communication and effective implementation of business requirements. Therefore, your tasks will entail;
  • Ensuring User Stories accurately reflect stakeholder requirements and align with the development team's understanding
  • Aligning and interacting with Product Owners to discover/overcome technical bottlenecks at an early stage
  • Refining User Stories based on analysis and feedback, and supporting team members in defining acceptance criteria
  • Facilitating and preparing materials for weekly Refinement calls to ensure open participation and relevant discussions
  • Conducting quality assurance checks on User Stories to ensure they meet predefined criteria
  • Updating templates and maintaining detailed documentation of requirements and solutions
  • Providing support to our end users and acting as a credible touchpoint for troubleshooting


Qualifications

We envision that you have a relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT - or will graduate in the upcoming months - combined with some of the following points;
  • Previous experience in digital transformation, product development, or translating user stories to feasible IT solutions
  • Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver an IT solution, troubleshooting issues on the way, and aligning priorities
  • You work well in acting as an interface between IT and business
  • Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Advanced Administrator / Business Analyst and other relevant certifications
  • Have worked in an agile environment and with Agile methodologies
  • Good ability to evaluate business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide training and support
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and implement changes efficiently
