What will you get ?

Seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to manage complex contract and modernization project on installed base customer site.

The candidate will interact with and manage all Schneider Electric stakeholders to overall ensure customer satisfaction. The PM will develop, with the Business, Customer engagement in more recurring business.

Mission:

* Manages large Customer projects (Category A or B service projects) following applicable company polices and processes (main one being CPP: Customer Project Process).

Leads functionally the project team (
performance.

Manages the relationship with the customer and third parties within project scope and accountable for the execution of the project in line with the contract.

Contributes to project managers community of practice.

The PM should show strong leadership and business acumen.

* Goal is to meet 5 main objectives:

* Ensure high Customer satisfaction

* Successful project execution to fulfill scope, specification compliance and schedule;

* Efficient project control and monitor including appropriate risk & opportunity management;

* International coordination with countries to support the customer all over the world

* Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Main tasks:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer's operations, building and maintaining strong relationships.

* Lead and coordinate all activities related to our engagement with the global customer's operations, project execution, and ongoing post-sales support.

* Allocate resources effectively to meet project deliverables, customer's needs, ensuring optimal collaboration, communication, and utilization of resources.

* Actively engage with the customer to understand their operational needs, collecting their feedback to drive continuous improvement in our operations.

* Establish a clear internal process for global emergency response, warranty questions, technical questions, quality issues, etc. to support the customer's operations.

* Monitor project progress and post-sales support cases including emergency response, warranty, technical questions, quality issues, etc. identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

* Collaborate with cross-functional global teams, including sales, project managers, operations, business leaders, etc. to ensure an agile multi-country collaboration service execution and post-sales support.

* Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.

* International Project Management: You must have a strong experience in managing projects on an

international scale, considering different regulations, cultures, and business practices.

* Customer Relations: It is essential to develop strong relationships with customer, understand their needs, and act as the main point of contact for project management.

* Technical Skills: You need to have a deep understanding of the solutions and products offered by Schneider Electric, as well as the technologies used in the projects.

* Project Team Management: You will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team spread across different countries, coordinating tasks, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

* Risk and Contract Management: It is crucial to have the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with international projects, as well as manage contractual aspects with customer.

* Communication and Negotiation: Advanced skills in intercultural communication and negotiation are necessary to ensure customer satisfaction while respecting the interests of Schneider Electric.

* Engineer or Business school master

* 5+ years experience in Project Management (within the electrical distribution field)

* Knowledge of functional Management with a multi-jobs team

* Capability to interact with customer C-level

* Customer Relation Management

* Detection of new opportunity

* English language is a MUST

* Well organized personality able to work without permanent supervision.

* High commitment to work, proactive approach and flexibility, goal-oriented & reliability.

* Customer approach, team spirit and good communication and presentation skills.

* Understanding of contractual and legal aspects.

* Experience and understanding of project risk management/mitigation techniques.

* Open for frequent international business trips
