We are looking for a passionate Senior Power Electronics Engineer, who will be driving our development forward for the next generation solutions. You have already gained experience from the industry and are ready to pave our wave forward towards a more sustainable future.

You want to inject more expertise into our innovation culture and deployment within R&D: learn fast, fail fast, monetize fast . You will understand how we can work compatible with our corporate Lean-Agile practices.

Relationship building is close to your heart as well as developing internal and external partnerships

As expert it is essential that you have a passion for learnings from solving complex product quality challenges and deliver on our promises in development projects as an expert.

Your background
You hold an MSc or higher in Power Electronics, Electronics or Electrical Engineering

You have minimum 5 years of experience from industry / product development with significant experience in power electronics and converters, product development projects and multi-disciplinary development in global environment.

• Innovate on Energy conversion using platforming thought process, for complete power electronics bricks as part of UPS or grid supporting products
• Eager to understand and support complex problems and issues, that arises with current and new technology in our platforms
• Design with reliability, cost and target applications in mind
• Work in a comprehensive development framework, targeting Agile and Lean-Agile
• Contribute to our Innovation and Secure patents for Innovative ideas
• Develop your Power Electronics practices and competencies reaching a technical expertise level
