L'Electromechanical Project Deisgn Leader, come parte di un progetto di prodotto Condizionamento e Chiller, è responsabile della gestione del team tecnico e del Progetto per quanto concerne la parte tecnica, la performance e i costi dlle unità/macchine progettati, nonchè delle tempistiche di sviluppo del prodotto.
What will you do?
- In base alle indagini di mercato fornite dal marketing, realizza progetti che soddisfino le esigenze del cliente: definisce il rpdotto, la soluzione, le specifiche di produzione integrando blocchi funzionali riutilizzabili e redige le specifiche tecniche relative. Garantisce la robustezza e la performance del prodotto e della soluzione attraverso la simulazione, i prototipi e i test.
- E' responsabile delle performance e dei costri delle unità/macchine progettati, delle tempistiche di rilascio del progetto lato tecnico e della qualità del medesimo, nonchè della qualità dell'ingegneria, in confromità agli obiettivi del progetto e alle decisioni prese.
- Altre responsabilità includono la progettazione di apparecchi e attrezzature di controllo dei test, la valutazione dei sistemi operativi e l'adozione di modifiche nella progettazione, eliminando le cause dei malfunzionamenti o combiamenti dei requisiti di sistema.
- Il prodotto creato deve essere industrailizzabile pertanto, nella sua creazione, lavora a contatto con l'industrializzazione al fine di ottimizzare la producibilità, selezionando la tecnologia più adatta per rispondere ai requisiti del progetto, interagendo col le altre risorse del team; egli stesso garantische che il prodotto rispetti la normativa nazionale ed internazionale.
- Collabora efficientemente con altre funzioni all'interno del progetto e con altri Project Leaders quando fa parte di un progetto di sistema più grande.
- Fornisce la routine di base per elaborazione Software di simulazione e supervisiona il software commerciale di simulazione e i dati elaborati dallo stesso.
- Nel corso dell'attività, protegge le operazioni connesse, manendendo la riservatezza delle informazioni.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, termodinamica o aerospaziale.
- Pregressa esperienza di 2-3 anni nel ruolo o in ruoli analoghi.
- Project Management.
- Teamwork.
