Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks a Technical Sales Account Manager to join its industry leading sales team.
You'll be responsible for revenue and profit growth of programs and services in targeted accounts within the Primary Metals & Power Industry.
Using a consultative sales approach, you'll build relationships with existing customers by executing system assurance programs that meet their key business needs. With strong account leadership, you'll also convert strategic competitive accounts and sell new technologies to current customers.

What You Will Do:
1/ 50% -> You will be responsible for generating and executing sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities for one important account near Ijmuiden , and manage a team of 2 (1 application engineer and one sales representative) on site.
2/ 50% -> Develop Sales in this Area for Primary Metals & Power Industry (and in the Netherlands): Work closely with large, strategic current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.

What You Will Do:

- The account manager will develop sales in the the industry in the Netherlands in general.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Five years of technical sales or field sales support experience in the field of water treatment
- Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- A native command of Dutch
