Job Description Summary
The Executive Site Leader will provide leadership for the Aviation Component Service Center (ACSC) site with over 400 employees. The site is the center of excellence for our large components and rotating parts. The Executive Site Leader will provide oversight to the operations as well as to all enabling functions such as finance, HR and digital.

Responsibilities :
• Provide leadership to all organizations and individuals in the plant to meet customer requirements for quality, cost, and delivery.
• Provide development of staff leaders to guide plant and support organizations
• Work with customers, functional leaders, and internal staff to meet organizational requirements
• Lead the establishment and attainment of plant goals in quality, cost, schedule, compliance and safety
• Establish and maintain the plant vision for success
• Facilitate the leadership team in strategic decision-making and problem-solving
• Provide leadership development and performance feedback to the plant staff
• Establish and maintain positive corporate citizenship through community organizations and the media
• Work with local legislative bodies to promote decisions with a positive impact on the business
• Develop and track expense and investment budgets with the input of each organization
• Establish and adjust an organizational structure that best supports the plant goals and measurements
• Drive Flight Deck culture and methodology

Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 8+ years of aviation manufacturing, services, or repair activities experience (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with an additional 4+ years of aviation manufacturing, services, or repair activities experience).
- 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
