HVAC - Field Service Manager

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of HVAC experience in residential service
• 1+ year(s) of leadership experience
• Strong technical aptitude
• Customer service oriented
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• EPA universal

Key Responsibilities:

• Run a van for service and support of the other technicians
• Manage field service technicians and ensure timely completion of projects
• Oversee HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Coordinate with clients to deliver excellent customer service
