Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement the marketing strategy in the assigned area (business area, division, and markets). Each day, you will lead, develop, and coach the Marketing team. You will also showcase your expertise by designing and managing the marketing action plan to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion business for Drive Product division and open for either Pune or Faridabad Location in India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Strategy -Responsible for creating, planning and implementing the sales strategy for the as-signed segments in accordance with the global and local division strategy, and budget and efficiency targets. • Targets - Establishes marketing and sales targets and ensures their achievement through regular oversight, and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed • Market Intelligence -Continuously assesses market trends, customers, competitors, industries, applications and country analyses to identify and realize opportunities with existing and potential new customers within the target segment • Customer relations - Builds and maintains strong relationships at senior levels with the key customers, stakeholders and other decision makers • Sales Activities - Responsible for achieving assigned order intake and related objectives for WWW segments. • Risk -Responsible for identifying and managing risks relating to contract agreements and prices across customers/channels

Qualifications for the role
- Education- BE/BTech - Electrical/EEE or any similar engineering discipline
- 8+ years of experience in below accountabilities:
- Front End Sales Support
- "Performance management of FES in the segments
- Co-ordination & Support to Cluster FES
- Support to win projects in the respective segments .
- Monthly and weekly Calls - coordinate and share the update."
- Collaboration within ABB
- "Accountable to ensure performance of cluster in targeted segments.
- Take a lead to address the non-performance and review meetings together with Segment leads of respective regions
- Work in collaboration with sales heads of MOSD, MODP and MOSE
- Collaborate at MO level to look into unaddressed markets comparted to Motors.
- Business development
- "Take lead in all segment business development activities
- Take lead in new accounts conversions. Take lead in getting new OEMs in addition to growth with existing ones."
- Marketing Activities
- "Work together for promoting the success in WWW segments with Motion communication manager to ensure success stories and success comes in weekly wrap and bring better visibility.
- Exhibitions/ Seminars/ CCP - Active participation and contribution.
- Take lead for all promotional activities such as exhibitions - Elecrama, IFAT and also ABB driven events - CCP etc
- Performance Matrix
- "Develop dedicated segment specific channel partners & ensure SFDC data quality
- Spec and influence work with consultants & year on year double digit growth in focused segment.
- Meeting budget across different clusters for each division in these target segments.
- Directly accountable for targeted WWW segments, new OEMs additions as well as ensuring growth with existing OEMs in the focused segments.
- Monthly performance update to cluster and support mechanism to enable meeting budget."
