Do you have experience with instructional design and development of e-learning solutions? We are looking for someone like you!

As Junior Instructional Designer in our Solutions Development team, you will be responsible for developing effective learning solutions that will enable our customers to meet their goals in a variety of engineering and automation situations!

This role requires you to be comfortable with exploring business requirements, translating them into learning objectives, leading design, developing, measuring, and reporting results and effectiveness of your solutions.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Engage customers and other stakeholders to understand and clarify business requirements, including key performance metrics, analyze training needs and create tailored learning solutions for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and review technical materials, product information, engineering processes and conduct interviews to design content.
  • Analyze target audience, create profiles and conduct analyses to determine type, medium or technology of learning solutions.
  • Define learning solution, detailing learning / performance objectives and measurement of outcomes.
  • Develop and update instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials and job aids, using instructional design principles.
  • Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to design and develop interactive and multimedia-rich course content.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Ensure application of creative techniques, sound instructions and learning pedagogies for learning effectiveness, outcomes and learner engagement.
  • Review and drive quality of project deliverables including coaching and leading team members as needed.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in learning solutions design and development.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Technical or other relevant field (IT or similar).

Competencies:
  • Understanding of learning principles and instructional design models
  • Skilled in analyzing training needs, designing structured learning programs, and implementing learning solutions and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, both in one-on-one and team situations.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.) and multimedia and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to manage learning projects independently, applying Agile concepts as needed, including handling competing priorities to achieve program deadlines and quality objectives.
  • Ability to collaborate remotely with colleagues in international locations.
