Labour Relations Specialist

Job Purpose
Supporting the processes related to the Labour Relations team.
Main Accountabilities
• Support in the review of employment contract templates, drafting and enforcement of sanctions.
• Manage and ensure the delivery of all information to be provided to trade unions.
• Manage, organise and prepare claims, lawsuits, conciliations, etc.
• Provide support when required in negotiations with trade unions.
• Assist in the drafting of minutes, agreements or any other legal documentation as required.
• Implement all agreements reached with trade unions, as well as their follow-up, in a cross-cutting manner to ensure their fulfilment.
• Support the creation and implementation of the department's own processes.
• Implement HR global policies and manage labour relations in all countries where Vueling is present, reporting to the Labour Relations manager, liaising and collaborating with businesses and support teams.
• Communicate effectively with managers, executives and union representatives daily to create positive working environment, address worker grievances and verify compliance with contractual protocols.
• Manage labour grievances as needed by investigating circumstances of incident, validity of claims, adherence to contract policies and completion of resolution procedures.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to create and sustain positive employee relations and facilitate effective communications between employees and management.

• HR corporate HRBPs.
• HR specialist departments: labour relations, talent management, and C&B.
• HR Administration and payroll.
• HQ Operations: Flight Operations and Cabin Crew offices.
• Local trade union representatives.
• Local labour and social security authorities.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Law - required
• Masters degree (ideally in HR, labour relations) - ideally
