The Training team within the Human Resources department of TOTSA TotalEnergies Trading SA is based in Geneva. Our main mission is to meet the business and employees ' needs in terms of development and training. To do so, we manage and develop training programs for the Trading. Working closely with various departments, we strive to create innovative training opportunities tailored to the needs of employees. The work environment is stimulating and focused on continuous skill improvement, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Activities
We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join, as part of a maternity leave replacement, our Training team based in Geneva in January 2025. Our team provides HR Training services to two entities: Trading & Shipping as well as TotalEnergies Gas & Power .
What you will do
Desired start date : January 15 th 2025
As a Training Coordinator in the Learning and Development field, you will play a crucial role in supporting the training team needs. Your primary responsibilities involve assisting in the planning and organizing of training programs for employees, maintain accurate records of training activities (participants attendance) and follow training KPIs.
Your main missions will be to:
Provide administrative support to the training team, including scheduling training sessions, booking venues, and preparing training materials.
Coordinate participant enrollment and attendance, send out invitations, and manage registrations for training sessions.
Ensure that all logistical arrangements are in place, including setting up training rooms, arranging for necessary equipment, and managing supplies.
Provide technical support during training sessions, such as setting up audiovisual equipment and troubleshooting any issues that arise, in collaboration with our IT team.
Help in the creation and updating of training materials, presentations, and handouts.
Maintain accurate records of training activities within our LMS, including participant attendance, training materials distributed, and feedback collected.
Serve as a point of contact for training inquiries, providing information and support to employees and trainers.
Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback from training sessions to help evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

Candidate Profile
Your profile
- You hold a master's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent in the Training field
- You have an experience in one or more of the following areas: HR, cross-functional work, training, and have an interest in project management
- You have outstanding organisational skills with rigor and high attention to detail allowing you to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once with limited guidance and a results driven approach.
- Ability to manage across the board with a genuine customer service spirit
- Creative mindset and hands-on mentality
- A previous experience in training project management will be highly considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and PowerBI
- Fluent in French and English.
