Asa Sr Strategic Sourcing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play acrucial role in driving procurement of materials and services in alignment withbusiness guidelines. You will be accountable for establishing and executingprocurement strategies to achieve the lowest total cost, reduced workingcapital, and ensure supply continuity. This role requires strong negotiationskills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamicglobal environment.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving performance-drivencommodity and category supply strategies, managing supplier performance, andensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will alsocontribute to the growth and success of the business by identifying cost-savingopportunities, implementing value engineering initiatives, and eliminatingsole/single sources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive and execute Annual andStrategic Plan with assisting strategies
• Right and fast execution ofstrategies to align with business growth and new product introductions
• Manage Category and CommodityStrategies including spend thoughtfulness, benchmarking, cost, marketthoughtfulness, and global technology/economic trends
• Build new relationships with keysupplier guide
• Work with Sales, Marketing,Technology, Business, Operations, Finance, and Quality and other HoneywellBusinesses
• Guide supplier selection, RFQ and RFIprocess, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance processes
• Apply effective sourcing supplierrisk assessment methodologies to ensure supplier continuity
• Improve working capital throughpayment terms extensions, payment cycle optimization, vendor-managedinventories
• Inventory and lead time reductions
• Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international)

YOUMUST HAVE

• 5+ years in contract management and negotiations
• Proficient in data analytics toolssuch as Excel
• Valid passport, or ability to obtain a valid passport

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or business administration
• Extensive experience in sourcing and procurement
• Project Management and/or contract management Experience
