Primary Responsibilities:
- Be fully aware of the Project HSE and Quality requirements
- Manage the Project Planning, Progress reporting, invoicing, Project Cost Control and maintaining project details
- Ensure implementation of the Qafco 7 Contract requirements in area of responsibility and report any deviation to the Project Manager through the line responsible
- Manage, follow-up, monitor and control the overall project and detailed schedules on Site and report deviations and areas of concern to Project Management
- Manage the Project administration function
- Support Project Team members in analyzing schedules and progress information within the respective disciplines
- Follow up the overall and discipline detailed schedules on site and coordinate progress
- Manage and coordinate the schedule follow-up and reporting from different project team members
- Support project team members in analyzing and reporting on schedules within the respective disciplines
- Communicate with Accounts and Purchase to ensure Quality and Correctness of data in the Project Management System
- Manage the document control system in project server and live link project archive
- Coordinate the review and comment on Contractor Monthly reports
- Manage and follow-up and control the Project cost
- Manage the planning and progress information for the Project Monthly Reports
- Review and control invoices from Contractor and other sources for approval by Project Manager
- Coordinate and prepare the Project Monthly reports and Steering Committee presentations
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University
- 10+ years direct and relevant experience related to Project Control Management in large EPCC Projects with oil/gas or petrochemical or fertiliser industry
