Asa Senior Sales Manager in the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) Sustainability& Decarbonization (former Fluorine Products) (S&D) team at Honeywell,you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and managing a team ofsales representatives. Your responsibilities will include developing andimplementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, andproviding strategic insights to senior management. Your expertise in sales,leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's salesperformance and contribute to its overall business growth and marketleadership.

You will report directly to our ESS Japan General Manager and you'll work out of our Tokyo, Japanlocation on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by effectively leading and managing ateam of sales representatives, driving revenue growth, contributing to thecompany's financial success, and strengthening customer relationships. Yourability to develop and implement sales strategies and provide strategicinsights will position Honeywell as a leader in the Energy & SustainabilitySolutions market and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in Japan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives in the Energy &Sustainability Solutions (ESS) Sustainability & Decarbonization (S&D) team
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth andmeet or exceed sales quotas in Japan market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the Sustainability& Decarbonization (S&D) market,understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities in Fluorine Chemical products market to identify new business opportunitiesand drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customeronboarding, order processing, and support for Sustainability &Decarbonization's (S&D's) products and services
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drivebusiness growth and market leadership in the Sustainability &Decarbonization (S&D) market

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in aleadership or managerial role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in Chemical or Material products market
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers andinternal stakeholders in Multi-national organization
